Holland-Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital school recently opened its doors to show TVOParents.com all about its reverse integration classroom.

Kids receiving treatment at the hospital are joined in the junior and senior Kindergarten class by able-bodied friends from the community with no special needs.

Called reverse integration, teachers at the school say children on both sides of the equation benefit from exposure to the worlds of kids different than themselves.
